Postage, Delivery and Returns Policy

Postage

UK Mainland

Postage & packing is £4.50 per order except for:
Screenprints £8
Ceramic/Glass £20

Rest Of World

Postage & packing is £15 per order except for Ceramic/Glass which is £30.

Returns Policy

If you are unhappy with your item and would like to return it, you are required to cover the cost of the return postage.  Once I am in receipt of the item I will issue a refund for the item cost only. You will not receive a refund if the item is damaged in transit back to me. Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.

Please note the following items are not eligible for return (unless faulty)

• Caps and hats

• Masks

Lost items:

• If your item is lost in the post please contact me at dena.rocca@googlemail.com

• In most cases I will post out a replacement of the item the following day.

Damaged items

If your receive your item damaged please email me at dena.rocca@googlemail.com I will either send you a refund for the item or replace it.

Delivery

Items are sent via the UK Post Office. But please be aware, due to COVID 19 there may be delays in receiving your item.

Estimated time of delivery:

UK Mainland: 2–3 days 
Europe: 5–7 days 
Rest Of World:  2 weeks+
