Following my intuition I create pieces that explore my subconscious as well as a way to express my mental health and emotions. Throughout my work, I advocate the importance of art and creativity in improving mental ill health as well as those communities and safe spaces around it. Nature has always been a big part of my practice and i incorporate natural forms and images within my art as well as living with nature within my own personal life.

I primarily use clay, glass and I am also a tattooist. All very historical practices that have a deep rich history of collaboration, community and beauty. I am also an author, I have recently published a book called β€˜The Intuitive Drawing Journal’ which is a guided drawing journal that can help you explore feelings and emotions through simple mark-making and automated drawing.
